This was my first time at Barefoot Remedies Massage and I had a wonderful experience. I am a regular weight lifter so I often get sore achy muscles. Erin did a wonderful job of assessing my problem areas and made sure to pay extra attention to those areas throughout the massage. I appreciated the fact that she asked about intensity when she got to different areas as well. The overall experience was great and I left feeling amazing. Looking forward to another session with her. Highly recommend.

Erin is new to the area and looking to build up a client base. She's very knowledgeable and very intelligent. If you like for your massage therapist to actually know why she is using one technique rather than another and customizing the massage to your specific needs, then she should be your new massage person. Very highly recommended. Lovely space and table is warmed so you feel very comfortable. She has bars attached to the table in order to do work on your back with her feet. The technique is called barefoot ashiatsu and it's really quite exhilarating. I am a frequent rock climber and cyclist, so I routinely deal with muscle soreness/tightness after a workout. One session at Barefoot Remedies was able to alleviate any soreness I was experiencing along with truly improving my mood for the rest of the week. Before your massage begins, Erin takes the time to listen to what YOU want and fine-tunes the massage accordingly. She is very personable and I felt like her top priority was my experience. On top of being very knowledgeable on pain science and bodywork, I discovered she has 20+ years of experience!
