I had never been in an accident before and thought I might look into hiring an attorney. I contacted Steve and we set up an appointment to discuss my options. I met with Steve and one of his team, Emily. They discussed options, asked all the questions to determine which option would be the best, and were very open about their fee. Hearing them talk about handling the at-fault drivers insurance company, my medical insurance company and everything in between was refreshing. I was scared to do this all by myself and welcomed their assistance, signing our contract on the spot.Steve and team were in constant contact with me and answered every question I asked... even when I felt stupid for asking it.The best thing I ever did was contact Steve. Signed my papers today and picked up my check. This is when the realization kicked in.
