The massage service my husband and I received was good and that's why I'm offering 3-stars, but the admin side of this spa should be 1-star.I booked by phone and they said I had until 8pm that night to put a card on file or else the reservation would be cancelled. That was not a problem, but evidently it wouldn't have mattered anyway?When we arrived for our service, the computers were down so I signed off that they could charge the card on file and we left a cash tip. The next evening they called and left a message that they needed to text me a code to charge the card. My husband and I signed up for a signature couple's massage, facial, and scalp massage. Unfortunately, our signature massage was passed onto another couple, and we ended up with the lemongrass hydration massage by mistake. We both work in healthcare and looked forward to the extra work of the signature. What we got was great, but the experience was not what was scheduled.They did not rectify the mistake, only excused it by there not being a price difference. We've had good experience in the past, but this has definitely affected us deciding to return in the future. To us, it was more the experience and having expectations being met, and it was anything but.

I came here for a spa day with friends for my friends birthday. I had the lemongrass exfoliating massage and facial. I was not impressed with either of the services and did not find them worth the money. The best part I thought was the waiting room and the whirlpool area available to use. I probably won't be back as I think there is much better value in Green Bay for these services.
