Luke is the best! I got ahold of him for a memorial tattoo for my Dad who just passed and it was pretty last minute. He was happy to accommodate and after bouncing ideas and designs off me throughout the day, he got me in the same night. He has one of the steadiness hands I've seen in a tattoo artist, professional, clean, and pretty quick, but thorough. On top of all that he is a great person. Easy to talk to and really made me feel comfortable and like we were old friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can't wait to work with him in the future. Thanks Luke!Service: Tattoo design

This was my first time getting a tattoo by Luke and my seventh tattoo overall. He was super easy to talk to and a lot of fun! The shop was immaculate and you can tell he really cares about his customers. This was easily my favorite tattoo experience.

I went here for my 7th tattoo and it was easily my favorite experience. Luke is super easy to talk to and you can tell he cares about his work and the people he's tattooing :) Also, the shop is immaculate!! I highly recommend Persona <3
