Astara is the most amazing human. I have seen her for years, and she can recognize changes, evolutions, in me. I once had a session with her during a challenging time in my life, I cried through part of the session. During her energy work in that session, I felt waves move outwards, away from my body. Incredible feeling of pain dissipating.

I never used to gat massage regularly until a friend recommended me to make an appointment with Astara. It's hard to put into words, but her intuition and expertise are really out of this world. Each session is exactly what my mind and body needed, wether i consciously know what I need or not. It's truly a transformative experience, and I feel changed for the better each time I see her.
