Our concrete sewer line had to be replaced. They came right away and gave us a clear estimate and they stuck to it. They did a great job. Special recognition to Erich for keeping us posted every step of the way. He was awesome to work with.Service: Sewer repair

We didn’t actually use Gary’s because the city is going to fix our sewer issue (a rarity), but they were so helpful in assessing the situation and advising on next steps, so I wanted to leave a review! Thanks for your help, Eric!

The service I had exceeded my expectations. Even though my plumbing problem resolved itself by the time they arrived - they suggested that we scope the pipes and make sure nothing would causing an issue in the near future. I appreciated this much more than them just leaving and not checking anything. The two guys that came out to do the work were diligent, listened to my concerns, and showed me the sewer scope footage. They even cleaned my bath tub and improved the mounting on my toilet when re-installing it after the scope. Overall a good experience and I would call them again for future work.
