I wish I could remember everyone's name who assisted me while I was there, but I can say that no matter who I spoke with, everything was excellent! I checked in for my appointment 15 minutes early and started browsing for frames. Within 10 minutes, they took me to the back for testing. Within another five, I was seeing the doctor himself. Being that I am new to the state of Washington (but not VisionWorks), he read over my notes from the Denver doctor. We spoke about my former lazy eye, astigmatism, and what I'm trying to achieve... he provided his recommendation & sent me back out for frames/payment. [Super quick exam, friendly and knowledgeable!]
This place was awesome! I live in Virginia but happen to be out here on an extended vacation when I realized that it was coming up on the end of the year, and I hadn't had my eye exam yet. I figured I should try and get in before the year ended and new deductibles had to be met. I looked up on my insurance to see who was in network and found Visionworks. I think I may have to start coming out here to have my eye exams now. Dr. Chu was fantastic and the rest of the staff was incredible!!

I was checked in on time and the eye doctor did a wonderful job going over my retinal scan and comparing my eye glasses prescription from last year. After the appointment, a super friendly and helpful associate went over my benefits and helped me find frames. Phenomenal customer service all around!
