I have 2 years of floating under my belt. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I had extreme anxiety when driving on the freeway, inducing panic attacks. Trigger warning: My poor sweet brother took his life, and for a long time, I wanted to join him (I’m doing extremely well now guys, so don’t worry). Floating became apart of my self care regimen that has made me feel safe in my body again. It was scary at first, only because I didn’t realize I had never experienced this level of relaxation. Went today for my first float and Ive never felt so relaxed! Usually my days are always on the go between work, kids and other activities. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had being able to have some quite time and de stress.

It was my first floating experience. Candice was very nice and helpful. The place was clean, and designed to help one feel peaceful while there. I would definitely recommend this location for floating and am looking forward to my next float here!
