Kim, Sue and Andrea are the best. I see each of them for different things and they are my go to!!! I LOVE this place. My lashes always look flawless!! Waxing are *emotionally and mentally* painless. Sue keeps me distracted and gets it over with quickly and thoroughly.
Proactively I got mislaying permanent eyebrow makeup. My hair will fall out with chemotherapy. Su is so personable and professional. The vibe in the shop is chill and inclusive. Looking forward to trying some other services to pamper myself.
I have had 3 laser hair removal treatments at HM Spa. I have dark, thick hairs that grow on my chin/lip area and there has been a noticeable difference even after 1 treatment! The hair grows back slower and thinner than before.
Kim has been doing my laser hair removal and she has so much knowledge about the spa, its services, and the process and expectations for laser hair removal. She is very invested in making the experience as comfortable and effective as possible.
