This is my favorite nail salon ever. These are my nails almost 2 weeks later. They never peel off like every other nail place I have gone to. I love that they are by appointment only, that means they don't have to stop and assist new people and they don't answer phones. I have been left to sit in water for 45 minutes once due to over booking at another salon. Don't listen to the Karen, they make it very clear that if you don't show up, you get charged. If you make an appointment and don't come, they just lost money since this isn't a walk in salon. They don't use that cheese grater thing, which just makes your skin more rough, no water... read full review
Top notch customer service, particularly clean (unlike most other nail salons), and my nails hold up! I had a lifetime habit of biting my nails but getting my nails done immaculately here helped me finally grow them out. I see a few negative reviews on this place, but if people would read the policy before accepting it, there wouldn’t be any problems. I’ll be back at Charme soon!
The ONLY nail salon in Tacoma I go to! The service is unmatched. I don’t get my nails done regularly, but when I do go I’m greeted by name (martina remembers literally everyone) and have the best experience each time I’m there. So looking forward to my next visit! ❤️
