Love Dr. Ward. He's the first doctor who has ever taken the time to listen to me and made me feel like a real person and not just a pay check. I've finally gotten answers and a plan with my health issues. I'd recommend over and over again.
I'm treated with dignity and respect their. They are very good, they listen to me and address all my issues, they don't rush me. If your really sick and you need help they try and get you in. If they can't get you in that day you call the next morning (they keep open slots every day for really sick people) and you get in for sure and you don't have to wait they give you a regular appt. time. The staff their is really great.
The entire staff at Columbia Medical Associates were professional, kind and efficient. Everything was done on time--no waiting. I appreciated Dr. Robinson's care and his phone calls to me to follow up on test results. I will go there in the future for all my medical needs. A great experience!!
