Pei is a professional and caring hairdresser. She knows what is great for her client and how can satisfy their wishes. She is a great listener and spends a lot of time making sure you are happy with the service. She even gave me some free toner samples. I highly recommended her.

I went there once for a haircut and Pei was amazing. I have really thick and straight Asian hair that not all stylists know what to do with. Pei gave me recommendations that were very different from what I imagined going in but I followed her advice and it turned out much better than I expected. I'll definitely go back when I need another cut.

I recently visited Headquarters salon in Redmond. Pei is the owner & beautician who manages everything. She is very sweet & so knowledgeable. She gave me appointment as per my convenience. I tried Hydra Facial massage for the first time & it was excellent experience done by Pei herself!! I could see the difference within few hours & it started glowing!!!Love it!!! I also wanted to color my hair with new look & Pei did test sample & guided me about what will look best! I will soon book an appointment with her for hair highlights.
