Andy was an incredible home inspector. He did two inspections for me when I was searching for a home to buy. His prices are reasonable and he was thorough and honest. I was looking at condos and he inspected all electrical, plumbing, attic, fireplace, appliances and outside structural bits. He was kind, funny, and extremely personable. Definitely made me feel comfortable and confident in his inspection report. The inspection report which was delivered promptly and included pictures and explanations for everything. He helped me, as a complete layman, understand everything he was noting in his report. If you're looking for a home inspector, look no further!
