I love this facility and I love the new court. However, there is a front desk lady and I’m not sure of her name but I think it starts with a C. She is consistently rude and has the some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can never ever catch her in a good mood. I saw her yelling at some kids tonight and I was blown away bc THEY’RE KIDS. She needs to fix her attitude and get some customer service lessons. The best workers are the ones who do their job with kindness and respect for others, not sass, and definitely not yelling at kids even if they were doing something they weren’t supposed to. Disappointed. I've been using the Evergreen gym as a student for three years, paying for it with my yearly college fees. This year they have begun to only have a few hour intervals open for student use due to budget cuts, and instead rent out the entire space for other organizations to use about 50% of the time. The only times it is open do not work with my schedule, and although I am still paying the same fees, I now have to go find a membership somewhere else. Thanks Evergreen for your fabulous student accommodations.

Love the updated weight room. Hoping they will expand things a bit. Would also appreciate improved ventilation. Seems like they are doing a good job managing a tough budget. Still seeing key improvements (weight room, rock wall, etc) in tough times. Kudos to leadership and those evangelizing to keep this place at 100%.
