Bought a Groupon for women's gold package and had an amazing, relaxing day at Q sauna. The facility is a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. WOW! My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time here. It's so amazing. Lynnwood has a Korean style spa, for males and females. They were so nice too explaining how everything worked. And the Korean food in the cafe was phenomenal. We got some body scrubs as well. Def will be back!

This place is great and definitely worth the drive from Seattle. Staff is friendly and will answer any questions you have. The place is really clean and quiet.
The saunas are separated for men and woman. They have a couple of different pools to soak in, a cold plunge, steam room, and a dry sauna. The scrub treatment is the best and happens close to the pool sauna area so you can soak and shower afterward. The locker rooms are spacious with places to sit and relax.
The common area has relaxing mineral rooms and a good Korean Cafe that also serves coffee and smoothies. The only problem is it doesn’t open until noon.
