I've been coming to PNW Krav for close to three years now. It's a great community, with lots of different class options, with room both for folks just starting out, and those with more experience. The teachers are solid, and Adam is great.

Adam, Ali, Musashi, JT and the rest of the instructors are AMAZING! If you're looking to learn new skills and get a killer workout, you NEED to check out this gym. The trainers are decent human beings who are highly motivated and will push you to exceed your limitations; the fellow comrades will encourage you.
This gym is full of diversity and everyone’s welcome. Classes are never overcrowded, and the instructors will guide you in a way that feels personalized and customized. They have a bunch of classes that allow you to build your skill set and your confidence and make new friends (beats the heck out of running on treadmills).
I have really enjoyed my experience as apart of the PNW Kirkland Krav family. They are great people, all very different from each other that have come together to learn self defense.
