I have been going to Way of Life for almost 2 years and could not say better things about them. From the minute you walk in you can feel it in the environment - a true healing space!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Way of Life Wellness Center is an incredible place of healing. From the moment you walk in, there's a genuine sense of peace and calm and you can tell you're in good hands. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Deanna and she is truly exceptional at what she does. Way of life has helped me feel more balanced, energized, and empowered in my wellness journey. I visited Way of Life Wellness due to a lumbar disc injury which was causing considerable pain. Dr. Deanna and Dr. Shima were extraordinarily empathetic. Their gentle touch treatment, along with breath coaching, significantly reduced my pain within 2 weeks, and had me back to normal activities within a month. I was pleasantly surprised to experience additional hip flexibility, and infinitely better posture.
