Being a small business owner yes I would recommend his shop, clean, unique and custome made your tattoo is made to fit you. Shop around my area put a fat price price with low presentation. I always doubted the “By the Hour” but with Frankie he delivers. Even on judgement I given him the opportunity to free hand draw my artwork and I given him props for giving such an amazing piece of art. We became close friend and I would visit him in support. What he provided was more than words could describe. Especially his cover up section, I’m actually going to get a second piece done. Tiny little shop hiding in Ferndale that is absolutely wonderful to go to. McLaren detention the Todd gives his clients is second to none, and at this point he is the only tattoo artist did I want to have work done with :-) very attentive and willing to work with you create the Perfect Design what I really appreciate about Todd is that he takes the extra step to try to make sure placement will work well on your body shape and the way it's going to move. Frankie is AMAZING!! He's done several pieces for me now, including 2 cover-ups. I always walk out with a better tattoo than I ever dreamed of. I've been to many artists over the years, but will not go to anyone else ever again- to the extent that I drive 140 miles round trip for Frankie's work. If I could give 10 stars I would!
