The studio is clean and well decorated. Krystle did an awesome job leading through a flow showing modifications for progressions or regressions. The atmosphere was friendly and calming.
I recommend John’s Wednesday class for all ages. It was amazing to start my day off with stretching and learning helpful breathing patterns, and learning some basic poses. He’s so friendly and easy to take directions from. Hope to see this class grow!
Kimberly is a wonderful instructor. Unassuming and chill she will take anyone on a journey into the body, mind, and soul. The location is superb. Every th ing you want in a yoga studio. And it’s right downtown!
