Bought a house that had a water filtration system that I knew nothing about or how to upkeep it. A technician was sent out and was here in less than a week. He was able to really teach me about my system and found it was very much on need of being replaced. He even spent the time to show me where the system failed.
Just to add... this is a Veteran owned business with one of the owners (Chris) being an Army Veteran who was deployed overseas during the same time I was deployed to the Gulf! GO NAVY!! ?

We had our water softener/filtration system (Kinetico Premier 4040) installed in 2021 by a very knowledgeable professional expert (Chris H) at the Water Doctor of WA. We have been extremely pleased with the system and installation. Works great by providing a soft water supply (with no chlorine) throughout the house. Today, we had a delightful technician Gio complete the annual maintenance work. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and we appreciated the time he spent answering our questions.
