I called Jeff on the day of my problem with my air-conditioning and within 2 1/2 hours he showed up diagnosed the problem,and within another half hour had the parts ordered and told me he would be back as soon as the parts were here to repair my AC. Could not have asked for a more professional person to do the service on our equipment thank you, Jeff
