    My lash lift and eyebrow/lash tint came out beautifully. I am very happy with my results and the process was virtually painless. Sam did a wonderful job!

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences interacting with the owner of Lash Lounge! I called the previous day to see if I could move my appointment to a later time on the same day as I anticipated a meeting running long, or if I would have to cancel the appointment. The receptionist informed me that I was inside of the 24-hour cancellation policy and would be charged the full amount if I did not make my appointment, which I did not want. So, she moved my appointment 30 minutes later, and said she would have the owner call me if he would be willing to make an exception since I was calling with 20 hours notice. He called me after 7pm that night, but I unfortunately was in a night class for grad school and could not answer. Essentially, he said I would be charged if I did not attend. So, I moved my schedule around for the following day, and show up to my appointment. The receptionist was confused because she had my name on paperwork on a clipboard ready to fill out, but my appointment wasn't in their computer system. Turns out the owner had canceled my appointment the previous night, charged me, and rebooked the time slot! I was not given a phone call or email saying my appointment was being canceled, the staff was not informed of the cancellation, and when I showed up and was frustrated he told me to be quiet or he would remove me from the store! I felt so disrespected. Luckily, the receptionist was so sweet - she refunded me my money and, when she could tell that I was hurt by the owner's treatment, said that I had not said or done anything wrong after he left the room. But I no longer plan on receiving any services from a Lash Lounge store because the owner was so incredibly rude. I hope no one else experiences the same treatment!

    Decided to try out a new lash place. Made an appt today for the next day. Got home after meetings and realized I was looking at my calendar for next week. Called immediately to reschedule for next week and was told they had an 24 hour policy NEWS TO ME. No on mentioned that when I scheduled earlier in the day . The receptionist said you should try to reschedule your other appt we are going to charge you the full fee. That is not customer service BEWARE...

    This is an amazing place to get your eyebrows threaded for a great price! I’ve been to so many places and this is by far my favorite. Not to mention it’s walking distance to me

    I went here for 5 or 6 visits-- mostly because I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt and I had already paid for a lash extension monthly membership. Even though I requested for specific lash artists it NEVER happened. Overall, I just didn't feel like I was treated very well either. I thought I'd feel more comfortable the more appointments I had but I just didn't. The only reason the owner Richard knew who I was is because I had complaints (one was about HIM) and I ended up requesting a refund a day or two after they charged my card for the 3rd membership month. I had decided it wasn't a good fit for me and Richard did call me to ask if I could give them another chance. I politely declined, explaining there were plenty of chances and I was very vocal about what I was looking for all throughout each visit. Richard responded condescendingly, angrily, kept interrupting me and refused to issue any kind of refund before hanging up on me. To be clear, there is absolutely no blame whatsoever on the lash artists-- the customer service just wasn't there and it's not the lash artists' fault if management/Richard isn't leading by example.

    I booked a lash lift and tint at Lash Lounge and although I typically never post reviews I feel compelled to in this case. I've had many lash lifts at several places, but this was the first lift I've had that was painful the entire time she was placing my lashes on the rods. It felt like my lashes were being pulled out. I also informed the technician in advance that I had an appt following my lift, and when she said that I wouldn't be done on time I cancelled my tint. It still took longer than the originally quoted time.
