Update: They came out for the second time and our carpets look fantastic again. Again the service was great! Scheduling was super easy. Prices are very reasonable.This place was amazing! They came out to my home in Bothell to clean two of our main living spaces and a hallway. I was able to schedule within a week, they had plenty of time spots available. They were very prompt, but they do ask that you give allowances for traffic and other unexpected possible delays which is totally reasonable. The tech was very friendly and thorough. He was quick and efficient and was very comfortable saying hi to our two rambunctious dogs. My house smells so fresh and clean and my carpets look amazing! My husband and I definitely plan on using them again in the future!Services: General carpet cleaning

Jonathan arrived on time and was pleasant. I came back to the unit and noticed the carpets looked clean, however upon inspection the triangle shapes leftover from vacuum/cleaner were stains and won’t come out of the carpet. I texted Jonathan to see if he had an ideas on how I could remedy this and I never heard back. Now I need to get the carpets cleaned by another company to fix the problem
