I hated this I was getting nails for my weddding my special day and they turned out like actual shiii the worker was extremely rude she kept touching my hand and would wink at me the nails I got don’t look like my inspo at all and she was being extremely raciest torwards me then she told me my girlies looked good pushed up I was wearing a v neck t shirts I don’t know who these people think they are I’m extremely disappointed

Went to get my nails done while on Burlington because I could not get into my normal nail tech and needed a fill. Extremely disappointed. Asked for ombre on one nail and the tech I had didn’t even try to blend it in. The nail polish is uneven. When I tried to communicate I didn’t get a response and she kept going. No cuticle care.

I am so dissatisfied with the service. I’ve done my nails there before and it was great. However I went there on Sunday and I told the lady while she was doing my nails that she’s not doing it how I wanted it it’s not as it was in the photo and most of my nails were lean, I even said to her do you want me to show you the photo again and she said no. She said that I know what I’m doing. I said to her OK she said I can’t use my phone whether or not she’s not doing my next hand there are still white Polish glue to my skin and on my foot two of my nails, the gel polish came off Obvious that was not properly applied nor dried. I called and asked if they could just fix it because I am going on vacation with my family and they said no I asked them please I beg them to because I told them that just seen the news is making me sad, the man said you left the store and said OK so we will not fix it now . Mind you this was the day after when I called them I will never use their service again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I wish I could give them zero star and I wish that before anyone go there and waste their money. They’ll see this post. Below, you can see the what I ask for and what I got also, if you take a look at my second and Fourth toenail then you’ll see that one has broken off and the other is lifting from underneath because it was not properly dried. I believe that they could have at least tried to fix it or said OK come on in let’s see what we can do but nothing was done.

Charged me $15 just to put paint on my nails (just paint nothing fancy) didn’t even last 24hrs.. Got a pedicure that was so rushed maybe lasted 10mins at most. Waste of $45

I see Lily, she is worth waiting for even if I need to sit and wait for 10 minutes. I have nail psoriasis •••never knew they could look so beautiful. Very happy with my nail the 4 times I’ve seen her !

The owner/ first table up front will have an issue with actually installing long nails, not outrageously long. Just long. He purposely did not shape into what I asked and was going for square instead , I let it go and figure it would be fine but he also then purposely made them look like rectangle windows . I asked if it was possible to get the gel closer to the cuticle and he went off, they don’t bother detailing the cuticle area or getting the material as close as possible…. He went off as if I was questioning his work or being rude and kept saying “if you go somewhere else “. These people just want people to come in for barely there short nails, and to gift them your money. This was the second time visiting them, the first time I got a set and pedicure and I wanted to ONLy tip the woman for the pedicure and when I gave him the cash to pay I told him give the woman $10 for tip , so he should have given my change back and he kept the remainder and pretended he didn’t hear me. I let it go and I still came back a second time just for my nails to be botched because I had the audacity to ask a question about the service I was getting. These nail salons in Burlington are a joke and people that know nails and are used to a certain standard will be quite disappointed , I will only be getting manicures from here on out as most of these places will make sure you dint come back if you want to have fun with your nails as they just want short boring nails to do and are just there to take advantage of you. I only came back to this place because the mans work did not start breaking before two weeks his work was ok but just needed more attention at the cuticle as you will start seeing the growth way too PREMATURELY, he thinks people are idiots.
Sir : I grew up in nail salons and you are just taking peoples money as quickly as possible, you should be ashamed of yourself . It’s gross. I was still kind and respectful to you both times but this has to be said.

Absolutely horrible, never go there!!!!! The nail lady I had was extremely rude, cut my cuticles and made me bleed. Everything I told her I wanted was wrong and she needed to do it her way which came out horrible. The shape was horrible and my nails were extremely bumpy. I asked for a deep french tip nail and that was supposedly an extra 20 dollars? My total came out to be 84 dollars which was a complete scam. A 6 year old could have done a better job. I will never be returning.
