Very responsive, thorough and extremely nice.When I called I got the answering machine but was called back very quickly by a very nice person. On the day of the appointment, two young people showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were very courteous, and gave us all kinds of precise advice. They cleaned our chimney and the rain cap and when they left our stove and living room were spotless.I really appreciated their punctuality and thoroughness and how they engaged with us. Very professional, very nice, and super clean. This was our first time having our chimney professionally cleaned. My husband suffered a severe injury and things went by the wayside for a couple of years so we definitely needed a professional come in and take a look at things.I couldn't be happier with guy/s at Bill's Clean Sweep. Excellent service. Courteous and the price was just as quoted. Did I mention that they're super nice? They even wore masks, which is important to us. Yep.
