Simpson Sales really helped us in a pinch. The afternoon before our house sale was to be finalized, the garage door wasn’t working. We called late in the day and we lucked out! They were kind to help us out last minute and fix our garage door. Can’t thank them enough for making it all happen and saving us from any delays! Also, very friend customer service all the way around!

One of my Garage door Torsion springs broke, with car stuck inside🙁. Called installer and they were a week and a half out for service. Called Simpson and they sent a guy right over, three of us opened the door and got the car out🙂. Measured for new springs had them ordered. Six days later new springs are in.👍
