I edited this to 1 star because the response was a lie. I was present at the building before 3pm. They were all closed.

I then edited it back to 2 stars because they wouldn't stop making excuses within their apologies in DMs, rather than simply apologizing and admitting fault.
Unpleasant.

I called four times, no answer. I decided to go in where I was met by a very rude woman who refused to acknowledge my existence and was, surprisingly, talking on the phone. I'm looking for a haircut, not to be treated like someone doesn't have the time to speak to me let alone cut my hair. Very bad experience and would not recommend wasting the time here. Also they have no parking so be prepared to pay for parking to get treated like this. The website tells prospective customers to "call today to make an appointment or for more information" but they don't tell you that they won't answer the phone. When I brought up having called multiple times, the woman behind the counter looked at me, laughed, said "I know". What kind of customer service is that?! I'm so glad I didn't spend my hard earned money at this place.Service: Haircut

It was our first time going here. My son is super particular about his hairstyle. I showed a picture of how I want it to look like. Not 100% satisfied when we left, because they cut his hair much shorter than we wanted. Nice hairstyle, but not at all like the picture I showed them. But the place is nice and the service is great, so I still rate them high. We just didn't quite get the style that we were hoping for.

Quality and Care - You really get the vibe that you have a salon that caters only to men, and they are just really good at what they do. The venue is nice and well kept, the products they use leave your hair feeling great, and all the stylists are very nice to talk to without seeming overbearing or pushing conversation to the point of annoyance.

I am very happy with the haircuts I have been getting from Jordan! I know I will always have a phenomenal haircut after an appointment with him. He is detailed and very skilled at cutting hair. The salon is professional, clean, modern, and very relaxing. This is the place I recommend for men to get quality cuts!

Superb, genuine service combined with highly skilled stylists make this one of my overall favourite places to get a haircut. Thoughtful extras, not often done in North America, like slight scalp massage and exquisite use of warm towels elevate this place above most others. Highly recommended.Service: Haircut
