Jennifer the dental hygienist made my experience lovely. First time someone has made the X-rays tolerable with my small mouth. I usually dislike the dentist with the various noises and prodding, but she was so thoughtful and careful. Glad to find a new dentist close to home.
Went in to have my teeth cleaned. Everyone up front was very nice and checked me in no problem. My hygienist Lisa was so wonderful!! She was funny, easy to talk to & even had spa music playing! Made the whole experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Lisa thank you! You are a treasure to this office and I hope they notice your hard work.
I have a bit of a fear of dentists. I was literally shaking at my first appointment. They were all so kind, considerate, and patient. Shae explained everything in ways I could understand and was so encouraging. Dr. Nadeau was lovely, and really helped put me at ease, too. My second appointment, literally an hour later as they had an opening, I was MUCH less nervous. And again, Shae was superb. Sweet, encouraging, and thorough. As far as dental appointments go, it was pretty great.
