When we checked in at 3pm, the Front Desk person checked us in and provided water as well as $30 food and drink credit because of our Gold Member status. I would give him 5 stars. I was very pleased. Later on in the evening, I asked for an extra pillow and the front desk people took forever to bring me a pillow. We had a King size bed with tiny pillows. I suggested that they possibly pull one from another room. It took quite a long time considering that this is Sunday night and the hotel is pretty empty. This is not the Hilton service I am used to considering this is a Tapestry Hotel by Hilton. I had to ask for a blanket as well. These rooms should at least have blankets...read full review
We stayed at the Founders Inn and Spa to celebrate New Years Eve 1/31/2023. We departed the next morning, 1/1/2024. The Inn room accommodations were superb. The overall Inn service was superb. The Inn location was convenient and quiet. Vehicle parking was plentiful. The Inn dinner and breakfast service was outstanding. We did not use other Inn services during this stay due the the brief time we stayed. We heard from other guests that the spa services were superb as well. Would we stay at the Inn for New Years Eve again? Yes.
The hospitality is top 5 one of the best place in all of Virginia. My room wasn't quite ready because I arrived early. Miemie the front desk concierge was very pleasant, full of radiant sunshine, made the suggestion I go to the rest room wine down have something to eat at they're breakfast-buffet. And allow her to work her magic. Long story short, I was full, headed back to the car. When I was told, that some changes were made. And that me and my family was accommodated. Absolutely ?wonderful!
