Always excellent. I go to this location every 6-8 weeks, and while I try to request the same stylist when available, it doesn't matter who has taken care of me they always do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Marcy is always good to me. The company as a whole needs to work on the wait times shown on the app. I booked online and the app said there was a 49 min wait for Marcy, but when I showed up I found out had I been there just 5 mins earlier I wouldn't of had to wait.

Let me preface this review by saying that as an African American male, I am always extremely hesitant to use "chain" shops like this. I tried once before and had a negative experience.That said, this experience was much better. I worked with Angela, and she did a great job. She was actively engaged in finding out what type of cut I wanted and offered suggestions as needed. She actively checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the haircut as she worked. She also provided some recommendations as far as hair care that were insightful and relevant to me personally.
