This was my first time ever at a Great Clips salon and I had a great experience. I checking on their website right after the salon was opened and there was 13 minutes wait on the scheduling system. Once I arrived to the salon I completed the check in and was sat down within 5 minutes. My stylist was Dina and she did a great job with my haircut. She is friendly and knows what she is doing. Too bad I live in Charlotte, otherwise I'd go here on a regular basis. I had a regular haircut and the price I paid was $18 before tip as of April 2023. I recommend this place to anyone.Service: Haircut

Dena's customer care was impeccable. This is the first time that Dena had given me a haircut and did an excellent job. Dena is what people in the service industry should try to be, friendly but professional, kind but not fake.

Great Clips Valley View - beside Chipotle. Karen and Shannon are fabulous! Karen has been my fav go-to as I evolve my lengthy locks to a fun lob that dare I say, might even be trendy. I’ve been a wash-n-go hair styler for decades. So, I’ve needed guidance for this transformation. Their patience and support has been top notch. I also brought my son in for his first professional beard trim and tips for doing it himself. Over the past six months this location has been consistently clean and easily accessible with friendly stylists who are skilled and encouraging.
