I can not say enough good things about this studio. The instructors are amazing. Very knowledgeable and offer great options while keeping it challenging. The massage is also great. Love this little retreat.

Gorgeous and heart warming studio. We went for a private guided meditation and felt relaxed from the moment we walked in. The entire staff was so pleasant to interact with and really made us feel welcome. We got to spend some genuine time with Elizabeth, the owner, and she is so down to earth, so real, and so funny. This was our first time in a guided meditation and she made it very approachable. Can't wait to go back.

I absolutely love the One Wellness studio! I've attended many different classes there and really appreciate that it's in my neighborhood and I can walk to it! The yoga classes have challenged me, which I really appreciate. I enjoy learning by taking different classes from different instructors. The intimate setting is exceptionally memorable because often times large classes lose the intimacy that can be needed in correcting the asana. If I were to suggest any constructive criticism, it would be that the instructors be able to read the room and know the limitations of the participants.
