After having a baby last year, I have been on a path to reconfigure my brain and body. I was consistently stretching and doing yoga at home but some of the back pains weren’t going away. I went to LL for Thai Body Work with Natasha and it was a game changer. My entire being has improved since the weeks I’ve seen her. She also gave me some great insight into where I have been holding in some of my tension. This is a beautiful space with gifted practitioners. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their mental and physical well being.

Kathryn even sent a personalized follow up card in the mail after my appointment which was extremely appreciated. I'll be returning to Lucid Living again.
