After having a baby last year, I have been on a path to reconfigure my brain and body. I was consistently stretching and doing yoga at home but some of the back pains weren’t going away. I went to LL for Thai Body Work with Natasha and it was a game changer. My entire being has improved since the weeks I’ve seen her. She also gave me some great insight into where I have been holding in some of my tension.This is a beautiful space with gifted practitioners. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their mental and physical well being.
Absolutely enjoyed my reiki healing session with Kathryn. Everyone at Lucid Living was super personable and the studio was clean and inviting. Kathryn even sent a personalized follow up card in the mail after my appointment which was extremely appreciated. I'll be returning to Lucid Living again.
I was able to enjoy an experience about two weeks again when she hosted a pay what you can virtual sound concert . I even invited a friend who registered to attend, as well. I did not have to worry about anything. Even my child was able to finally relax and join in on this meditation. It was such a calming and filling experience. Upon conclusion of the sound concert, she discussed and provided time forward sharing how we felt about the meditation. It was a safe space to share and to be able to better understand the journey that has been taken. I would love to experience this in person when I feel it is safe enough to do so.
