I’ve been here twice now for a Brazilian. I really liked Leslie, she made me feel very comfortable. The whole atmosphere at Smooth is really nice. I’ll definitely be coming regularly!

As a military spouse I've had to search for a new place to get waxed with each new station. Looking for someone that can be discrete with such an intimate service, I was grateful to find a location that is welcoming and clean. All of the staff are friendly, understanding and considerate of each client's needs. Finding the place for my first appointment was tricky since I didn't know what to expect, but once I figured it out I didn't have any issues. Upon my arrival, I was quickly greeted with a smile and checked in. The lobby has cute products to look over that are both service related with a few extra fun items. Leslie has been my Smooth consultant for over a year now. I see her for all my waxing, eyebrow tinting, and facials. I had been seeing a different technician up in DC for 12 years but when we moved down to Hampton Roads, I had to venture out and find a new place. I’m so lucky that I found Leslie at Smooth!! She makes you feel comfortable right away and is so sweet! I absolutely love her and am very happy with the services. Smooth is the best in Newport News!!
