I recently had my water heater leak, damaging part of the basement. I had heard good reviews for SERVPRO in the Prince William/Manassas team. Jose Amaya was my Construction Superintendent. He did a great job! He checked in with me every day to review the progress and to go over what was planned for the following day. Jorge and his team worked quickly and cleanly. I would recommend him and SERVPRO if asked. I'd also like to thank James Thacker (Estimator) and DeJuan Solomon (Crew Chief) for their outstanding support.
I had Servpro remodel 2.5 bathrooms in my house, including converting a tub into a stand-in shower, and they did an amazing job! The new shower looks incredible, and the quality of their work really stands out.
We did run into some delays, but Jose, Alexis, Oscar, Jorge, and the whole team kept me updated the entire time. They made sure everything stayed on track as much as possible, and I really appreciated their communication and effort.
Overall, the experience was great, and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for a reliable team that does high-quality work, I definitely recommend Servpro!
