I can’t thank American Family Heating and Cooling LLC enough for their honesty and professionalism. My fiancée’s parents had an air conditioning problem, and another company, Total Comfort Heating and Air, came out first. Total Comfort told them the system was completely shot and needed to be replaced immediately — quoting over $12,000 for the job.
Something didn’t sit right with me, so we got a second opinion from American Family Heating and Cooling LLC. Within a short time, their technician found the actual issue, fixed it the same day, and charged just $300. The AC has been working perfectly ever since.
