    I made an appointment for 3pm...granted i was 10 minutes late, however, there still wasn't any available techs even if we were here on time. I sat in the chair for a hour, constantly asking what's going on and why it was taking so long with no answer. Finally, the manger comes over to me and says "we are busy" and cuts off my water. (I guess that means i wasn't getting serviced. I brought my friend with me and she was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, while I sat there and waited. I spent a total of 2.5 hours in this nail salon just sitting. VERY displeased with service here! DO NOT recommend. very unprofessional service

    For over a year, I’ve used this establishment and up until today, the quality of work and services have been great. Recently, my nail technician quit, and the technician assigned to me today was RUDE!! Because he quoted me the same price for a fill-in and rhinestone design as a new set with rhinestone design,I questioned the price. After explaining the reasons for the pricing, he told me, “I do fill-in for you for $40 and you can go home and design yourself”. I kindly got up and left their establishment, and I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Respect ME and my MONEY!!

    I was excited when Dream Nails and Spa opened in 2020 because it's close to where I live. I visited 3-4 times and had good experiences each time (the location is clean, decor is nice and the attn to detail was appreciated). I went a couple of days ago and waited 45 minutes before leaving without service. There were two customers getting pedicures when I arrived and I sat and watched as the employees laughed and talked with them (which is fine) but my problem was that no one said anything to me except to check in on their iPad. I would have appreciated an employee giving me an update on how long it would, suggested making an appointment to come back - really anything. There were other employees there that were milling around doing misc tasks and none of them spoke to me either. I really wanted to continue to support the business because I know they opened right at the start of the pandemic and were having trouble getting the word out about the business opening. I even posted on the Next Door app recommending them after my first visit which I now regret.

    The first time I went I waited well over two hours to receive a decent pedicure except I felt disappointed when when I was directed to use an ATM that charged $3 surcharge because their machine was down (or so the hand written sign stated). Weeks later I returned because I figured maybe they had an off day... this time another tech performed my pedicure and he was good until it came time for polishing my nails. I respected the fact that he didn't want to botch up my nails so he called over his pregnant co-worker to complete the rest. In short, she had such a bad attitude, was very sloppy and curt when I pointed out how she missed certain areas of my nails (keep in mind, I was very pleasant to her). The male tech already gave me the price before his attempt to polish but then she kept speaking in her native tongue before upcharging the price. Then, again, I was told that their machine is down and for me to use THEIR ATM to pay the bill. I'm convinced this is a ploy to have their customers use their ATM because they own it as well. That's truly an easy way to squeeze more money out of people but performing at a mediocre level. I will not be returning to this establishment EVER! FYI...speaking in your native tongue is actually not professional; it gives the impression that you're talking about your customers and it does not produce a welcoming vibe as a patron. The nail polish started chipping within 48 hours so I had to get it redone. Honestly, it wouldn't be fair for me to say redone... I went over to Valette Nail Lounge where they actually performed the service beyond my expectations and I didn't have to wait hours for poor treatment. The most important part... they speak ONLY English in their establishment and their service was 5 Star quality. I actually felt comfortable spending over $100 there.

    Awful customer service! No greeting and long wait with zero communication. Almost seemed annoyed I was even there! Been here before and was never that impressed. It was just close to home. Needless to say, never again!

    Visited for the first time on Tuesday afternoon for a walk-in pedi and full set. Not busy at all; big, open, and clean environment. My daughter and I only had a brief wait. I was quite impressed with my mani which thankfully didn't even hurt and was pretty quick for how great my nails look. I even got a little lotion and hand/arm massage with my service, which I never get at other salons. I was quite happy with how neatly the nail tech applied the acrylic, making clean up and shaping a breeze. I completely enjoyed my pedicure and the Bonus hot stone massage! I feel very pampered and look forward to my return visit. The attached picture is after 2 days and no issues.
