I'm a pretty harsh reviewer. Thus, out of an abundance of caution and compassion, I restrain the desire to review much of my experience with local businesses. This is different. Nikki is phenomenal. She's warm, soothing, knowledgeable, and passionate about skincare. She's open to discussion and new ideas, and quick to laugh and empathize. She also know when to fall silent and let the client relax and sink into the comfortable bed. I'm a driven and tense sort of person. I don't nap. I have had many facials over the years but Nikki's is one of the best...if not, THE best. Why? Attention to detail and she knows her stuff. The best extraction ever!, high quality products, and clean. I am going back in september for a birthday treat. Try Nikki..I highly recommend.
I've never written a review before, but I just had to express how wonderful my experience was. Nikki was so kind and gentle! Typically I get very red after waxing, but after leaving you couldn't even tell I had been waxed. Great atmosphere, great conversation. Will definitely be back!
