We built a 1000+ bottle wine room, and Paul was our rep. We purchased a split system cooling unit and redwood racking. He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions and proposed a great design that we really liked. We made a few adjustments and he was very responsive After the installation, we were short several pieces, and Paul sent it out immediately, no questions asked and at no additional cost. We've been very happy and would certainly recommend them.
My wife and I own two wine bars in Arizona, one of which is borderline a restaurant and we also have an excellent "home bar" full of wine. This is the only company we use for wine racks. I have spent many months shopping around and the service and products Wine Racks America offers are unbeatable.
I recently ordered a system through Wine Racks America. When the parts arrived in the 20+ boxes of different shapes and sizes I did not account for 1 that somehow got lost in transit! When I notified Wine Racks they stated that I notified them after the manufacturer's policy would take care of replacing the missing parts and I would be responsible for ordering new ones. I spoke with Kyle at Wine Racks America and explained the situation. He listened to what I had to say and then worked with his team and the manufacturer to make it right.
