i’ve been to this urgent care twice and have had great experiences both times. the second time i had Lexi a PA-C help me and she was my saving grace! she gave me so many things to try and really listened to my concerns and answered every single question i had. she gave me so many treatment options and she even made a little treatment plan for me! also, i came in right before they were closing, so sorry, but thank you for still helping me!

Just went to Medallus urgent care in American Fork, Utah, for what turned out to be pneumonia. The staff and front office were beyond exceptional. The nurse Kenna was fantastic and if possible, the practitioner Lexi was superior. I would recommend Medallus InstaCare and those providers if you have an urgent medical need.

I’m the primary in the account. This time the visit was for my kid. Fast and excellent service. It’s my first and best place to go, no more emergency rooms for my family and surprises bills
