Based on its stellar reviews, I chose New Era Carpet, Tile, and Stone to steam clean my carpet, clean and seal ceramic floor tile, and clean the upholstery on a lounge chair. Once Charles had finished the work, I understood why scores of people like me gave New Era five-star reviews. Charles is always the pro, holding himself to a very high standard. To say that he is detail-conscious would be an understatement. Charles is cordial, conscientious, and happy to answer questions. After speaking with several carpet cleaning companies, I found New Era and decided to give them a try based on their reviews. I had previously used Clean as a Whistle without any issues, but I was also looking for a company that could handle carpet repairs, which New Era advertised.
What stood out the most was the direct communication with the owner, Charles. Unlike some of the big-box carpet cleaning companies, New Era had the flexibility to make adjustments on-site, tailor their approach as needed, and bill accordingly. I contacted Charles and was pleasantly surprised at his courteous manner and ability to for me in the same week. Floors look amazing and he did a tidy job for us. Highly recommend for any floor cleaning.
