James Boyd was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. He helped me make a decision on what type/color carpet to buy. He was patient and did not pressure me to make a quick decision. He returned my calls promptly and answered all of my questions/concerns. He assured me that everything would go efficiently and went out of his way to be transparent in his communication with me. In addition, the installer, Rodrigo was also awesome. He and his team did an extraordinary job installing the carpet in my home. They worked tirelessly to make sure that I was satisfied. Great, honest salesman who didn't try to up-sale more than we needed and excellent, on-time delivery and installation. Highly recommend, will use again and very grateful! Would give 10 stars if possible! Thanks James and all others! Great job!
We had a wonderful experience with this company! The installers were polite, clean, and fast. The new carpet looks wonderful, and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them to those looking for new carpet. We did a second estimate, but Carpet Now was almost half the amount! So it is very good quality for the money. They were all so very careful in moving my china cabinet and my piano, and that was greatly appreciated.
