I really like Crossroads, they have such a great vet, and the vet is the main reason that I go she is amazing, caring professional and knowledgeable and No nonsense. The rest of the staff is really great too...but.. there's one lady that is one of the secretary's, the first face that people see and she answers the phones too, and I don't know if she's just unhappy or what but she just always seems like she wants to be anywhere but there EVERY time I bring my animals in... she doesn't seem to care about you or your pet, she answers the phone and is rude. I called Crossroads because my dog had been throwing up lately and everything we have tried did not work to stop it. Even though they could not get me in the same day I called they got me in as quickly as possible which was only 2 days later. He did everything he could to fine the problem and was very considerate of me and my Nana. Even with the not so good news of her diagnosis, he was able to give us some options on how to extend her life. I will never go back to her old vet. He did forget to call in the prescription though so I had a call for a reminder.

We are new to this service, having just moved here. I already love this facility. My last vet, who shall remain undisclosed, was not to my liking. Crossroads gave me an appointment inside of 3 days. They helped me bring the dogs in, and I felt like they were going to lay down the red carpet. When we saw the vet, she never acted like I was keeping her from watching a soap opera on TV. She listened and acted like she cared about the animals. Best of all the price was extremely reasonable.
