Everyone that works at this location is incredibly sweet and helpful. Dr Jardan and Mrs Lopez are the best and are so personable, nice and attentive. I always feel like they are listening to my concerns. Recently I had an issue with my daughters insurance and Adriana in the front did everything to get it straightened out without issue. Very appreciative to have this office and employees.

I give 5+ Stars to only Dr Jordan Freeman and Dr Ms. Trevina, and as for the Front receptionist -0 Star, 1 Star for the rest of the receptionist. because when you call the office you better have 2 phones calling and you better have time to sit and wait for someone to pick up, and after being put on hold, expect to be hung up, and if you need something faxed over, or get an approval, etc. forget it. It takes one bad apple to ruin the rest, and now the whole office ladies are just not doing there jobs. Someone needs to clean house. But I love the Dr's there and that's the only reason why I stay and hope that someone will fix the Front office issue asap!

I love Dr Trevino!!!!! She is wonderful with my son. I'm a FTM and so far no complaints. The Schertz location is near me, so going to the apts are painless. I did notice some comments/review concerning the office not answering the phone, but I feel like if you have the direct line verses the call center line, it is much easier. My son is about to hit 18mo, we've made it this far!
