I contacted Wilks for an air conditioning problem and they sent out a technician the same day. The technician explained the problem in detail and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I'll definitly use them in the future for all my AC needs.
I am a longtime customer of Wilks Air. They have always given me great customer service. Jason, one of Wilks Technicians, did a check on my air conditioning unit on Sept 23rd and he did such an outstanding job. Not only did he show up early in the morning, he went above and beyond his duties by explaining to me what was wrong and showing me exactly what was done. He was so courteous and patient because of all the questions I was asking. Jason gave me excellent customer service and I am so appreciative of that because customer service is hard to find now days. Highly recommend Wilks Air! The most professional and knowledgeable people in the HVAC business! I signed up for their maintenance program. Best decision ever! They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain my HVAC system. This program also gives you priority when you need an technician due to a problem with your system. Every tech they've sent to my house is respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient with diagnosing and fixing any issue my system has. Call them if you need help with your HVAC system! You'll be glad you did!
