I have been getting haircuts from Moira at JCPenny's salon at Rolling Oaks Mall for several years and she has always done a great job! I recently wanted to try a perm to give me more body.I was uneasy about how the perm would turn out, but
Moira was very knowledgeable and explained the process of choosing the size of rollers and the type of perm that would work best for me. I was very pleased with my perm! She did a great job!

Yvonne is the best. She is very personable and engaging. Very few have her experience and I've been seeing her off and on for almost 30 years now (she's moved away and returned several times) My hair is not easy to cut, as flaws are apparent readily if not cut just right. I have dead straight hair, and it is coarse. My hair has started to thin a bit and is recededing, too ? ? Highly recommended for hair cuts I've not used other services. Ask for Yvonne, you won't be disappointed ?
