I have had a great experience so far with this pet hospital. My 8 year old dog started with weight loss, loss of appetite, and N/V/D and after calling multiple vet offices all day, this place was able and willing to see her 30 minutes before they closed. Jen, Vet Tech was extremely nice, patient, and calming (mostly for me because I was freaking out internally). Dr. Okafor was thorough in examining her and explaining her reasoning for tests/treatment. The receptionists are warm, welcoming, and helpful as well, which sets the tone for the entire visit. The clinic facilities are clean, scheduling availability convenient, and professional staff are personable with great customer service. From the phone call first impression to initial and follow up visits, the warm and friendly environment make for pleasant encounters, and a desire to return each time. I highly recommend.
