What I asked for VS what I got. I think they would have done a better job, if thee male nail tech would have completed his job. Yet a mother/daughter duo came in & I was instantly pushed aside. Mind you I tip $20-$50 depending on service. I even asked thee lady who finished my nails, do these look almond shape to you. Of course she pulled the i don’t understand what you’re saying card. So I’m not one to complain. I haven’t been there in over 3yrs, this just reminds me why I would never go back!! For $110 for pedi/full set: yeah you’re definitely not getting a tip. Play stupid get stupid results 🤷🏻‍♀️

If I had -1 I would have done that. First I was told 45 then switched to 50 the old bait and switch. So disappointed as it is poorly done, Nail extensions are uneven an some look like bubbles. My first and Last time!!!

I haven’t done my nails for at least a year. I came in today with my favorite manicurist Vinny and as always did an excellent job. He is fast but very efficient, I recommend him for sure and his colleagues are good but he’s my favorite.
