We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task. Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.Service: Sewer repair
I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working. That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower. I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them). They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay) Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.
