Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing Thanks so much for sending out Tyler to fix our drain in our bathroom. I purchase a drain auger to use on our bathtub, but couldn't get anything to drain. About 4 hours and $35 for my tools. Called Goettl AC/Plumbing and your guy Tyler had everything draining in less than an hour. I was stressed and praying that you would send someone who came to do the job... without upselling. etc. He's a great guy and we really appreciate the results. I will look now at your AC service o maintain our 8 year Trane. Thanks, great job! Only $80!
Alex Nelson is an amazing tech! he is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. our family loves Goettle and the service they provide. our AC keeps us cool in this San Antonio heat because their product is great and their service is outstanding. I highly recommend!!
My AC unit went out last night and bright and early this morning they sent out Brandon cerda who did an amazing job he had originally ran into a problem but he called his supervisor and everything was able to get fixed so I really appreciate everything yall did because I take care of 2 disabled people in the house and 1 who is elderly. Thanks again this is the reason I always turn to Goettl for everything
